Horton Hears a Horde of Bleeding Hollow

We are a small group of friends raiding Firelands on a relaxed schedule and atmosphere. We @*## around quite frequently but we've got a solid raid team forming and we are looking for a dps to fill out our roster. We've only been raiding 1.5 weeks and have killed 3 bosses with at least 2 pugs in group each time. Our raid schedule is as follows

Tuesday - 8:00-11:00pm
Wednesday - 8:00-11:00pm
Thursday - 8:00-11:00pm (Optional BoT/BWD/ToT4W Farm Nights)

Specifically, we're looking for a Spriest or Lock capable of pulling at least 16k-18k dps consistently. You should be capable of mashing buttons in a pre-determined order as well as move into/out of various glowing circles - again in a pre-determined order. You should also be able to hear and understand basic requests such as :

"Don't cross-dot Shannox when he is about to push over and Riplimb is still at 80%"

"No, it's not a good idea to put Dark Intent on the arcane mage"

"Please don't life grip the tank into a crystal prison trap"

"No, you cannot have the BoE staff because you 'dislike the way your 378 MH/OH looks' "

Again to be clear - we are a group of friends raiding on a relaxed schedule and atmosphere. We provide food/flasks, and we don't mind gearing you up a bit as long as you're here to stay.

If you think you're interested in raiding with us, take a minute, read through the post again... then attempt to pat your head and rub your stomach at the same time. If you cannot complete this exercise please close the window and return to the safety of Facebook. Those chosen few of you who can, get with any of the below officers in game to express your intent.
